Squashed Out Already

These are the squash from today's harvest. Thank goodness for my neighbor who is happy to unload some from my hands.

    My squash went in late so I have only had one zucchini so far. It's a good thing that your neighbor happy to receive some. I just hate it when veggies from the garden go to waste.

    Some things are hard to have so much of. You don't want it to go to waste, but it doesn't 'keep' well as far as I can tell. I have, however, heard of a lot of squash recipes - even squash cookies! Good luck eating them all - or getting rid of your extras!

    I can always take extras to the food pantry.
